Exploring the depths of our emotions can be downright scary. So scary, that many of us are guilty of shoving them down, but what if by doing so, we were missing out on healing and growth?

It's scary to get outside of the realm in which you exist, because even the most toxic habit or situation can become it's own soft pillow of morbid comfort.
